Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Pulmonary rehabilitation
If you have COPD, pulmonary rehabilitation can help you. Pulmonary rehabilitation is a combination of education about COPD and gentle exercise. Participants in pulmonary rehabilitation have the following to say about it:
"I was individually assessed and helped to exercise at my own limit."
"I enjoyed being with other people in a similar situation."
"It helped me understand what was happening to me and how to properly use my medications."

This 'Speaking From Experience' video clip offers first-hand experiences from people living with COPD. Participants discuss their experience of pulmonary rehabilitation.
