Headaches are an increasingly common complaint. They describe pain that is experienced in the head or upper neck region. The symptoms of a headache may vary from a dull ache, to a sharp, throbbing, or piercing pain which can be intermittent or constant, and can range in intensity from mild to extremely intense and debilitating. Headaches can affect anyone regardless of age and gender and most people will suffer from them at some stage of life.

These 'Speaking from Experience' video clips offer first-hand accounts from five people living with headaches. They discuss the impact it has had on their lives, the challenges they face, and the ways they’ve managed it. This program was produced in partnership with Total Health Chiropractic Singapore.
