Breast cancer is a malignant tumour in the breast. Its severity depends on the cancer size and what parts of the body it has spread to.

Early breast cancer is invasive cancer in the breast, which may or may not have spread to the lymph nodes. It may have spread outside the breast and armpit regions, but cannot be detected. 

Early breast cancer is tumours with a diameter of more than 5cm. They can be palable or impalable and have no evidence of distant metstases.
