Acquired Brain Injury
Stigma
People living with an acquired brain injury can experience stigma and forms of discrimination in their everyday lives. Often this may derive from other people's and society's negative or misinformed attitudes towards people who appear to be different to the 'norm'.
In this 'Speaking From Experience' video clip, participants discuss the challenges faced by people with acquired brain injury as they try to cope with the stigma associated with their condition.
