RealTime Health has produced a series of video clips for Alfred Health focussing on functional decline in older people during hospital stays. The videos share the experiences of people who have themselves been to hospital, or cared for someone who has. They offer practical ways to stay healthy during a hospital stay, as well as revealing how they were able to overcome the challenges along the way.
